Our cancellation policy depends on the order date. Full terms and conditions will be provided once your order is placed.
We recommend placing your order at least 48–72 hours before your departure or arrival date to ensure full availability, especially for specialty, seasonal, or on-request items.

Payment can be made via EFT to a South African bank account. We also accommodate international clients through foreign bank transfers.
